They need someone who can see the market, diagnose the growth problem, shape the strategy, and help build the system that makes execution repeatable. My work sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, marketing operations, and hands-on implementation. I care about the full machinery: ICP, positioning, messaging, CRM, workflows, content systems, channel orchestration, reporting, and now the AI layer changing how modern teams operate. Across the last decade I've worked with B2B companies including Xillio, Backbase, Piano, Marigold, InDebted, and Helindata, spanning strategy, marketing operations, and hands-on implementation. I do not believe great marketing leadership is about standing above the work. It is about knowing where the business needs to go, then getting close enough to the details to make that direction real. So you work with me directly, which is the point: senior ownership and accountability, not a rotating account team. When a project needs more hands, for example technical build, design, video, or deeper system integration, I bring in trusted specialists.
