What is Smartify Marketing?

Smartify Marketing is a B2B marketing partner led by Alice Ren. We help B2B companies bring more structure to marketing: sharper strategy, stronger execution, better systems, and clearer connection between marketing activity and business growth.

Who is Smartify Marketing for?

Smartify is best suited for B2B companies with an established sales function and a clear need for marketing to create more leverage across pipeline, buyer education, sales enablement, and operational follow-through.

Many B2B companies are now facing the same kind of shift they once faced with digital transformation: AI transformation. The right fit is a team that wants to build an AI-enabled marketing operating system, including automation, workflows, content assets, CRM discipline, and better handoff between marketing and sales.

SaaS can be a fit, but it is not the category boundary. We care more about the sales motion, complexity, and readiness to modernize marketing.

Are you an agency, consultancy, or freelancer?

Smartify is not a traditional agency, a slide-only consultancy, or a task-based freelancer. It is a senior marketing partnership led directly by Alice Ren.

Alice works closely with your team to diagnose the problem, shape the direction, and help build the systems and assets needed to make the strategy real. When needed, Alice can bring in external freelancers for execution layers.

Does Smartify only work with SaaS companies?

No. SaaS is one category we know well, but Smartify is built for B2B companies with an established sales function, complex buying committees, high-trust sales cycles, technical or expert-led offers, and a need to modernize marketing for the AI era.

We help these teams build AI-enabled marketing systems that connect positioning, content, automation, CRM discipline, sales enablement, and clearer handoff between marketing and sales.

We do not work with B2C or ecommerce companies at this stage.

What services does Smartify offer?

Smartify offers three core services: Strategy Sprint, Fractional Marketing Lead, and System Building.

Strategy Sprint is for teams that need clarity and direction.

Fractional Marketing Lead is for companies that need senior marketing leadership without hiring full-time.

System Building is for teams that already know what needs to be built and need hands-on implementation.

Can I purchase more than one service?

Yes. All services can be purchased separately or combined.

Fractional Marketing Lead support includes a Strategy Sprint valued at EUR 1,000 and a defined level of System Building.

If you start with a Strategy Sprint and later hire Alice as Fractional Marketing Lead, the Strategy Sprint fee can be deducted from the first month’s billing.

How do I know which service is right for my company?

If you need clarity on positioning, priorities, or GTM direction, start with a Strategy Sprint.

If you need senior marketing leadership across strategy, execution, and team alignment, choose Fractional Marketing Lead.

If you already have a CMO or strategy in place and need systems, workflows, or assets built, choose System Building.

Can you help us turn strategy into execution?

Yes. Smartify Marketing is designed to connect strategy with execution. Alice can help translate strategy into messaging, campaigns, workflows, content systems, reporting, and marketing operations.

If your strategy is already defined, System Building is usually the most direct way to move into execution.

What if we need deeper technical implementation?

Alice can provide technical implementation herself on an hourly basis when the scope fits. For deeper system architecture or advanced CRM implementation, she can connect you with Pack of Nodes. In that case, the contract with Pack of Nodes is handled separately.

Can you build AI workflows or agents?

Yes. AI workflows and agents are part of Fractional Marketing Lead and System Building work. Alice has built AI-enabled workflows for clients and has also created her own AI-powered product, Mardex.

For Smartify, AI is not a buzzword. It is a practical capability used to make marketing systems faster, clearer, and more scalable.

Do you only work with HubSpot?

No. Smartify Marketing recommends HubSpot for many B2B teams when it fits, but we are not locked into one platform.

Alice has experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and other marketing and CRM systems. The goal is to work with the system that fits your company’s stage, team, and growth motion.

Do you have only one person working on the project?

Alice leads every project personally and is directly involved in strategy and key execution.

When a project needs additional support, she can bring in trusted collaborators for technical implementation, design, video editing, or asset production.

You get senior ownership from Alice, with extra capacity added only when it improves the work.

Can you help clean up or rebuild our marketing systems?

Yes. System Building service can include CRM structure, campaign workflows, lifecycle automation, reporting, AI workflows, content operations, and handoff processes between marketing and sales.

The goal is to make the system easier to run, easier to measure, and easier to improve.

04 / Marketing Asset Creation

Do you write the content or only advise?

We do both. Alice does not treat strategy and content as separate worlds. When she works on value proposition, messaging, campaign angles, landing pages, email direction, or sales enablement narratives, she often writes and shapes the content directly as part of the strategic work.

As an experienced B2B marketer, Alice brings the judgment needed to connect the copy to the buyer pain, product value, and growth goal. AI may help with research, drafting, and variations, but the strategic direction and final quality control come from Alice.

Can you help refresh existing assets?

Yes. As a part of the Fractional Marketing Lead service, Alice will review and improve existing assets such as website copy, landing pages, email sequences, sales enablement materials, lead magnets, campaign messaging, and nurture content.

This work is not just “editing.” Alice looks at whether the asset supports the right ICP, communicates the value proposition clearly, fits the customer journey, and helps marketing and sales move in the same direction. In many cases, refreshing existing assets is faster and more cost-efficient than creating everything from scratch.



Do we need an internal team or agency for asset creation?

No. If you already have an internal team or agency, Alice can work with them and help align the output with the strategy. If you do not, we can still support asset creation through AI-enabled workflows, and a close network of trusted freelancers.

Alice works with experienced copywriters, visual designers, video editors, and other specialists who can be brought into the project when needed. This gives clients access to high-quality execution without hiring full-time roles or paying for a large agency structure. Alice stays close to the work, leads the direction, and keeps the final output consistent with the strategy.

What kinds of marketing assets can Smartify help create?

We can help create strategy-led marketing assets such as landing pages, website messaging, campaign copy, email sequences, nurture flows, content briefs, lead magnets, sales decks, video scripts, and customer-facing GTM materials.

The model is flexible and cost-efficient: some assets can be created directly by Alice, some can be accelerated with AI, and some can be produced with trusted freelance specialists.

Budget is allocated based on the actual need, so clients get the right level of support without unnecessary overhead.

05 / Timelines & Collaboration

How quickly can work begin?

Work can usually begin after an initial call, scope confirmation, and signed agreement. Timing depends on Alice’s availability and the complexity of the project.

For urgent needs, the best first step is to book a call or submit the contact form.

How soon can we see progress?

Most clients begin to see progress within the first few weeks. The early wins are usually clearer marketing strategy, stronger alignment between leadership, marketing, and sales, fewer points of friction, and a more confident understanding of what should be prioritized next.

For Strategy Sprint projects, progress is often visible immediately after the sprint: a clearer diagnosis, sharper positioning, and a focused action plan. For Fractional Marketing Lead or System Building work, progress can also be measured through stronger campaign performance, faster asset production, cleaner workflows, better system efficiency, and more useful reporting.

Our goal is to create momentum early while building the structure needed for sustainable improvement over time.

How does billing and payment work?

A contract between the client and Smartify Marketing is signed before work begins, and payment terms depend on the service type. Some projects require a deposit, while others are invoiced after delivery or on a recurring cycle. Responsibilities, scope, and payment terms are clearly defined in the agreement.
